We are Christian women. We are in
a battle for the hearts, minds and souls of our children and
grandchildren. We are in a battle against those that detest everything
that is good, just and right. We have come to a time in our
nation where silence and apathy cannot be our response. We have
been given a great gift from God, the ability as women to have our
voice heard and that voice is our right to vote and support our leaders, in
government, that they will stand upright and resolute in the face of the enemy,
executing justice, and working for our good.
It is our responsibility to pray for our President, George W. Bush,
our leaders and those that God has placed over us for the good of our
souls so that we may live a "quiet and peaceable life."
We have blessed with our President, George W. Bush
and we must continue to pray for him, his leadership and the voices
that represent the best interests of the American people and therefore
extend to the world by God's mercy and grace. We cannot let up
now for to do so would be error and dangerous. Continue on and
let's make the return to godly principles and morals, values and
commitment to what is right and just the majority in government
and private life. Edith Schaeffer penned the words above and how
apropos they are to us today in this battle. The tremendous battle is
